Use this tool to request a standard Private Pay booking and we will reach out to confirm it. If your ride does not match these descriptions, contact us to discuss our availability and pricing.
Rides through insurance cannot be booked through this tool. However, you may use the calendar to view when we are available to pick an appointment time that works best.
Scheduling Policies
Pre-appointment details
Always select the Appointment time, or the desired time of arrival.
Pickup by default is 30 minutes prior for in-town trips, 1 hour prior for trips to the Des Moines area. Every now and then, we need to adjust pickup times to accommodate other scheduled rides. If this is the case, we will let you know.
In addition to contacting us, you can cancel the ride by clicking “No” to the calendar invite.
Cancellation policies
Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice will be fully refunded.
Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 50%
No call – no shows, cancels when driver is in route, and cancels at the door will be fully charged, and potentially risk declining of future services, at our discretion.
Late cancellations as a result of emergencies or unforeseeable circumstances may be considered for exception or reduction, at our discretion.
Payment policies
Payment is due upon pickup. Cash, check, card, and mobile wallet options are available.
